Approve Funding Allocation Agreements for Ukiah Valley Fire Protection District in the amount of $51,063, effective when Agreements become fully executed through June 20, 2020; and authorize Chair to sign same.

PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
The Board of Supervisors allocated funding to Fire Districts on June 18, 2019.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
The Board of Supervisors allocated $412,000 ($398,000 of Prop 172 Funds & $14,000 from the General Fund) to the Fire Districts in the June 18, 2019 adopted budget. Amounts to be disbursed are based upon the distribution formula provided by the Mendocino County Association of Fire Districts as shown in Attachment A. The Funding Agreement that is presented for Board consideration exceed the Purchasing Agent's authority of $50,000 to sign and as such, require the Board of Supervisors approval.
