Summary of Request

On July 24, 2018, the Air Quality Management District Board authorized the appropriation of AB 923 funds from the District’s Fund Balance in the amount of $806,389 to cover the cost of five school bus replacement projects.  One bus replacement project and one supplemental project for a backup camera were not completed during the 2018/2019 fiscal year.  The District is requesting Board approval for re-appropriation of funds from the District's AB 923 Motor Vehicle Program Fund Balance in the Amount of $168,600 to Increase Appropriations for Budget Unit 0327, Object Code 86-3136, Motor Vehicle Program Grants by $168,600 to cover the costs associated with these projects.
