On November 13, 2018, the Board approved Agreement No. 18-157.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
In August 2019, the Health Plan consultant, Keenan & Associates, issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Employee Assistance Program services on behalf of Mendocino County. Keenan reviewed the proposals and forwarded the results to the County in mid-November, 2019 with the recommendation that the County continue with the incumbent.

Human Resources also reviewed the RFP results and agrees with the recommendation. Due to the late receipt of the RFP results and the time it takes to review, complete the amendment document and obtain the contractor's signature, it was not possible to bring this item forward to the Board of Supervisors prior to the last meeting of calendar year 2019.
