SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
On May 14, 2019, the Board of Supervisors reviewed the recommendations of the Cannabis Ad Hoc Committee and provided direction to staff to research allowing new cannabis cultivation sites in the Range Land (RL) zoning district, Phase 3 Use Permits/Administrative Permits for all cultivation activities, and increases to allowed permit sizes.

Please see the attached memorandum from Staff regarding recommendations for Phase 3.
