RECOMMENDED ACTION/MOTION:

Approve retroactive Agreement with the City of Fort Bragg in the amount of $3,000,000 on behalf of the Mendocino County Homeless Services Continuum of Care to fund a capital development project to support those experiencing homelessness in Mendocino County; authorize the Health and Human Services Agency Director or designee to sign any future amendments to the Agreement that do not increase the maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.
