Adopt Resolution approving the Parcel Map for Minor Subdivision Number 2016-0001 (Black) and accepting on behalf of the public Item (A) of the Owner's Statement for the purposes specified thereon, located at 8087 Uva Drive; Assessor's Parcel Number 165-010-11 (Redwood Valley Area); authorize Chair to sign same; and direct the Clerk of the Board to deliver the Parcel Map to the Recorder for processing and recording.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Minor Subdivision No. 2016-0001 (Black) is located approximately 1+/- miles southwest of the Redwood Valley town center, lying east of Uva Drive, County Road (CR) 239, just south of its intersection with Bel Arbres Road, CR 238B; Assessor's Parcel No. 165-010-11. The Minor Subdivision consists of a division of land to subdivide a 4.83 +/- Acre (AC) lot into four parcels. Parcel One (1) [58370.4 Square Foot (SF) gross (1.34 AC)], Parcel Two (2) [50965.2 SF gross (1.17 AC)/43,392 SF net], Parcel Three (3) [43,124.4 SF gross (0.99 AC)/ 41,486 SF net], Parcel Four [50,094 SF gross (1.15 AC)/41,658 SF net], and Parcel A.
