Summary of Request:
Redwood Coast Land Conservancy’s grant application for $1.3 million to the California State Coastal Conservancy for acquisition and planning of the Mill Bend Conservation Project will preserve and protect 113 acres in perpetuity at the mouth of the Gualala River from future urban development, including 60 acres of declining coastal wetlands.
