Summary of Request:
The Proclamation recognizes the 112th birthday of Ms. Ceccarelli. , Edith Ceccarelli was born in Willits, California in 1908 as one of seven children to Augustino and Maria Recagno, immigrants from Italy, who helped to build the Willits railroad; and she was raised and currently resides in Willits.
