Summary of Request

Approve engaging in a contract with Round Valley Indian Tribes Native American Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Program to provide Victim Advocacy Services for North Inland Mendocino from January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020 for $70,870 in funding from the CalOES DA Victim Witness Unit Awarded Underserved/Unserved Victim Advocacy & Outreach Program UV19020230 Grant.  Due to the timelines associated with routing the agreement, retroactive approval consideration is being requested.
