PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
On May 4, 2021, the Board approved the third amendment to Agreement CO-03 (BOS Agreement No. 21-075) extending the termination date from June 30, 2021 to June 30, 2022.
SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
County Counsel is requesting the Board approve the fourth amendment with Abbott & Kindermann extending the termination date from June 30, 2022 to December 31, 2022. This agreement will continue to provide legal work related to the Vineyard Crossing Project, with a law firm that specializes in land use issues. This legal work is paid for by the project proponent, who has deposited sufficient funds to cover the maximum under this agreement.
