Approve Agreement with Cloverdale Health Care District in the amount of $25,000 from one-time Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) Disaster Settlement Funds to purchase transport Emergency Medical Services Equipment and Supplies, effective upon full execution through December 31, 2022; authorize the Chief Executive Officer or designee to sign amendments that do not increase the total contracted amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.
