Approve retroactive agreement with Bartolomei Scales in the amount of $25,000 for the services received for term of August 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022; authorize the Ag Commissioner or the Assistant Ag Commissioner to sign any amendments thereto that do not increase the maximum total amount of the Agreement and provide any assurance or certifications required to enter into the Agreement; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
This is a retroactive agreement with Bartolomei Scales due to County equipment not being able to perform mandated duties that must be completed prior to harvest time for farmers and ranchers, some of these services were provided prior to this contract being completed. Bartolomei Scales provided services of a rolling standard and staff to assist Agriculture Staff in inspecting vehicle and platform scales in Mendocino County.
