PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
Board presentation of proposal, June 9, 2021, Item 6a. The Board of Supervisors' ad hoc committee of Supervisors Haschak and McGourty brought forth the proposal to contract with BJ Bischoff and Gary Hochman to facilitate the County's Strategic Planning process. Board interviewed facilitator and voted to direct staff to negotiate the Scope of Work and bring the contract back for Board approval on June 22, 2021
SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
The Strategic Planning Ad Hoc Committee and Task Force, will provide the Board with responses to their questions resulting from the presentation on February 2, 2022, Item 5a. They will report the associated findings to specific areas of the draft County Strategic Plan in more detail. Additionally, further Board direction concerning the next steps and future implementation of the Strategic Plan is requested.
