PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
By Resolution Number (No.) 21-074 (May 25, 2021), the Board of Supervisors approved the list of Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Account (RMRA) projects for Fiscal Year (FY) 2021-22. By Resolution No. 21-087 (June 22, 2021), the Board approved the Mendocino County FY 2021-22 Budget. The narrative on page 57 of the FY 2021-22 Budget affirms the Board's priority to invest the Mendocino County Department of Transportation's (MCDoT) roads corrective maintenance funds to improve road surfaces by seals or asphalt overlays.
SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
The Mendocino County FY 2021-22 Budget, in an effort to meet the public transparency requirements of Senate Bill 1 (SB 1), the Road Repair and Accountability Act of 2017, presented the narrative on page 57 and the list of RMRA projects on page 511.
