Approve the temporary road closure of eastbound traffic on Hearst Willits Rd, County Road 306; southbound traffic on Bray Rd, County Road 305; and westbound traffic on Center Valley Rd, County Road 303, for the Annual Jesse Pittman Memorial fundraiser 5k race, sponsored by the Jesse Pittman Fund (Willits Area); and authorize and direct the Director of Transportation to issue the appropriate encroachment permit.

The Jesse Pittman fund is holding their Annual Jesse Pittman memorial fundraiser 5k run on June 18, 2022. The Jesse Pittman Fund is requesting to close one lane of Hearst Willits Road, Bray Road, and Center Valley Road to make a large one-way traffic circle, leaving the inner lane for use by participants and the outer lane for vehicular traffic.
