Approve Agreement with Mendocino Coast Hospitality Center in the amount of $63,430 to provide case management and supportive supervisory services to residents with severe mental illness in the Homeless and Transitional Housing apartments in Fort Bragg, effective July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023; authorize the Behavioral Health Recovery Services Director or designee to sign any future amendments to the agreement that do not increase the annual maximum amount; and authorize chair to sign the same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Mendocino Coast Hospitality Center (MCHC) is a unique provider of services to severely mentally disabled clients, who have a dual diagnosis and who are residents of the Homeless Shelter and Transitional Housing Apartments in Fort Bragg, offering casework, case management, outreach, access to services and treatment for adults. MCHC is an identified contracted provider for the Mental Health Block Grant. The block grant funds pay for serving numerous clients within the MCHC Caf? Vocational & Support Program, including program supplies, insurance, utilities, and staffing costs.
