Approve retroactive Amendment to revenue Agreement BOS 20-171 with Heluna Health in the amount of $0 (total agreement amount $183,896) for the CARES Act for COVID-19 case identity, contact tracing, isolation and quarantine and community-based surveillance, effective May 1, 2020 through a new end date of December 31, 2022 (original end date March 31, 2022); authorize the Public Health Director to sign amendments that do not increase the maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.
