RECOMMENDED ACTION/MOTION:

Adopt Resolution ratifying the grant agreement for the State ARB Prescribed Burn Air Monitoring Equipment Cache Storage Grant (G22-PBES-02), authorizing the MCAQMD to accept the Grant funds in the amount of $15,000 and commit to complying with the requirements of the Grant Agreement for the term of April 1, 2022 through March 31, 2023, and ratifying the Air Pollution Control Officer's Execution and Submission of the Agreement to ARB; authorize the Air Pollution Control Officer to seek additional funding for this grant program that may become available during this term; and authorize Chair to sign same.
