RECOMMENDED ACTION/MOTION:

Adopt Resolution ratifying the grant agreement for the State ARB Prescribed Burn Reporting and Monitoring Support Program Grant (G18-PBRM-13, Amendment 1), authorizing the MCAQMD to accept grant funding in the amount of $154,910 for the term of June 1, 2019, through June 30, 2022, committing to comply with the requirements of the grant agreement, and ratifying the Air Pollution Control Officer's execution and submission of the agreement to ARB; and authorize Chair to sign same.
