Summary of Request:
National Training Consultants (NTC) provides facilitation of Family Empowerment Groups (FEG), a court-ordered group service required of parents who have cases in Mendocino County Juvenile Dependency Court. This Agreement provides for the staffing of full facilitation of eight FEGs in Ukiah, Willits and Fort Bragg and one Intake Support Group in Willits for up to fifty weeks and covers costs associated with facilitation, travel, documentation, training, participation in Child and Family Team meetings, Case Conferences, and other reporting needs as required by Family and Children's Services social workers.
NTC works with an average of 20 participants per month through FEGs, spends an average of 148 hours per month on FEG groups and narratives, provides an average of 19 hours per month Intake Support Groups, and spends about 13 hours per month on court report writing. During Fiscal Year 21-22, NTC served an average of 12 clients per month in the Willits Intake Support Group and 84 clients per month in FEGs.
