RECOMMENDED ACTION/MOTION:

Adopt Resolution ratifying the Grant Agreement for the State ARB AB 197 Emissions Inventory Grants (G20-EIDG-15), authorizing the MCAQMD to accept the Grant funds in the amount of $8,583 for the term of June 1, 2021, through May 1, 2022, committing to complying with the requirements of the Grant Agreement, and ratifying the Air Pollution Control Officer's Execution and Submission of the Agreement to ARB; and authorize Chair to sign same.

PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
The Air Quality Management District regularly receives grant funding. This source of grant funds was first approved by the Board on September 25, 2018; the amount of funding awarded at that time was $18,267. Subsequently, the Board approved this source of grant funds by Resolution on 8/6/19 and 5/19/20.
