Approve Agreement (Amendment to Agreement No. MS-M19-001 (PA 20-36)) in the amount of $67,500 with KNN Public Finance LLC to extend the termination date from June 30, 2022, to June 30, 2023, increase the maximum contracted amount to $112,500, insert an Appendix: Scope of Services for additional services in Fiscal Year 2022-23 as the County's Municipal Advisor, and to replace the original Payment Terms, effective August 20, 2019, through June 30, 2023; authorize the Chief Executive Officer or designee to sign any amendments that do not increase the maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
KNN Public Finance LLC has served continuously as the County's municipal advisor since 2011. In that capacity, KNN has assisted the County with various efforts, including Tax and Revenue Anticipation Notes and the adjustment of collateral pledges for Certificates of Participation. The proposed amendment extends the current agreement with KNN to allow provision of services through June 30, 2023, and to cover costs associated with guiding the County through the process of issuing 2022 Certificates of Participation.
