RECOMMENDED ACTION/MOTION:

Adopt resolution approving Department of Transportation Agreement Number 220003 with Geo-Logic Associates, in the amount of $605,763 for the term beginning upon execution of the Agreement through July 31, 2027, for landfill monitoring and reporting services, and authorizing the Director of Transportation to sign any and all amendments to the Agreement not exceeding $60,576 (Gualala, Caspar, Laytonville Areas); and authorize Chair to sign same.
