SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Bart Kronfeld, Esq. has been providing Conflict Public Defender Legal Services for the County for over 15 years. With an office on the Coast Mr. Kronfeld is able to accept assigned conflict Public Defender cases, including trials, assigned to the Ten Mile and Point Arena Courts for felonies, misdemeanors and juvenile cases. Upon order from the Court Mr. Kronfeld provides legal services without expense to the defendant. Mr. Kronfeld submits quarterly forms as required by the State subvention to the Office of the Public Defender and an annual report as required by Government Code section 27710.
This amendment took longer than anticipated during the review process, necessitating a retroactive start date.
