Approve amendment to Purchasing Agreement 21-124 with North Coast Community Planning (NCCP) in the amount of $10,000 for a new total of $70,000 to continue providing project management and consulting services for Bella Vista Major Subdivision Land Development Project and to extend the termination date to June 30, 2023; and authorize Chair to sign same.

Planning and Building Services (PBS) is requesting the Board of Supervisors approve this amendment with North Coast Community Planning (NCCP). Approving the amendment will allow the continuation of project management and consulting services for the Bella Vista project by NCCP.
