RECOMMENDED ACTION/MOTION:

Approve Retroactive Agreement with CDFA in the amount of $500 for reimbursement of Nursery Program Activities for term of July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023; authorize the Agricultural Commissioner to sign any amendments thereto that do not increase the maximum total amount of the Agreement and provide any assurances or certifications required to enter into the Agreement; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
This is a retroactive agreement with CDFA that provides reimbursement for Nursery Program activities performed by County Staff for the term of July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023. Due to the State getting this contract to the department in August 2022 this contract is now retroactive even though County Staff has been doing work.
