Approve retroactive Performance Agreement No. 22-20114 with the California Department of Health Care Services in the amount of $0, for the County to provide Specialty Mental Health Services, effective July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2027; adopt Resolution authorizing the Behavioral Health and Recovery Services Director to sign Performance Agreement No 22-20114, and any amendments or renewals that do not exceed the maximum amount associated with the Agreement; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
The California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) oversees Mendocino County, Behavioral Health and Recovery Services, Mental Health's (MH) provision of specialty mental health services to eligible Medi-Cal beneficiaries in Mendocino County. As a result, the proposed Performance Agreement between DHCS and MH outlines specialty mental health services to be provided by MH. Through this Performance Agreement, MH will provide or arrange for the provision of specialty mental health services for eligible Medi-Cal beneficiaries of Mendocino County within the scope of services defined in the Agreement.
