Adopt Ordinance Amending Chapters 2.04, 2.28, 3.16, 8.69, 9.05, 9.40, and 20.243 of the Mendocino County Code Pertaining to the Duties and Responsibilities of the Chief Executive Officer and Replacing County Code References to "Health and Human Services Agency" with the Departments of Behavioral Health & Recovery Services, Public Health and/or Social Services; and authorize Chair to sign same.

PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
On June 8, 2022, the Board of Supervisors approved the recommendation of the Ad Hoc Committee to continue with the CEO Model including bringing forward various changes to Chapter 2.28 of the Mendocino County Code regarding the duties and responsibilities of the CEO. On October 4, 2022 the Board of Supervisors introduced and waived the first reading of the ordinance.
SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
This Ordinance addresses a few clean-up items needed in the Mendocino County Code.
