RECOMMENDED ACTION/MOTION:

Approve retroactive Agreement with Long Valley Fire Protection District in the amount of $66,000 for Advanced Life Support Services to enhance existing ground ambulance services, effective upon signing through June 30, 2023; authorize the Emergency Medical Services County Liaison or designee to sign any future amendments to the Agreement that do not increase the annual maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.
