SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Minor Subdivision No. 2020-0002 (Feliz Creek Business Park LLC) is located west of the Hopland town center, approximately 200 feet west of the intersection of Feliz Creek Road, County Road (CR) 109 (parcel lays to the south) and Mountain House Road (CR 111) (parcel lays to the west), at 365 Feliz Creek Road, Assessor's Parcel No. (APN) 048-341-26. This Minor Subdivision consists of a division of land to subdivide a 54 +/- acre lot into four parcels with a remainder. Parcel One (1) 4.78 acres, Parcel Two (2) 3.12 acres, Parcel Three (3) 2.85 acres, Parcel Four (4) 3.26 acres, and Remainder of 40 +/- acres.
