RECOMMENDED ACTION/MOTION:

Approve Retroactive Agreement with CDFA in the amount of $16,472.97 for reimbursement of Phytophthora Ramorum - Quarantine (SOD) Program Activities for term of July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023; authorize the Agricultural Commissioner or designee to sign any amendments thereto that do not increase the maximum total amount of the Agreement and provide any assurances or certifications required to enter into the Agreement; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
This is a retroactive agreement with CDFA that provides reimbursement for Phytophthora Ramorum - Quarantine (SOD) program activities performed by County Staff for the term of July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023. Due to the State getting this contract to the department late this contract is now retroactive even though County Staff has been doing work.
