Adopt Resolution authorizing the grant application, acceptance, and execution of grant funds from the State of California Budget Act of 2021 (SB 129) for the Building Forward Library Infrastructure Grant award administered by the California State Library for the Willits Branch Library Roof, Alternative Energy Panels, & Battery Back-up Project in the amount of $247,040, with matching Library budget unit 6110 funds of $247,040; and authorize Chair to sign same.
