RECOMMENDED ACTION/MOTION:

Approve retroactive Amendment to BOS Agreement No. 21-201 with Piercy Fire Protection District in the amount of $0 for a total of $20,000 from one-time Pacific Gas and Electric Disaster Settlement Funds to purchase Emergency Medical Services equipment and supplies, effective November 16, 2021 through a new end date of June 30, 2023 (original end date of June 30, 2022); authorize the Chief Executive Officer or designee to sign amendments that do not increase the total contracted amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.
