RECOMMENDED ACTION/MOTION:

Adopt Resolution ratifying the MCAQMD submittal of an application to participate in the state Carl Moyer Program for the Fiscal Year 2022-23, authorizing the APCO to accept allocated state program funds in the amount of $200,000, for the term of February 28, 2023, through December 31, 2027, execute the grant agreement on behalf of the MCAQMD, and implement and follow all requirements of the program; and authorize Chair to sign same.
