Approve retroactive grant Agreement No. 22-10661 with the California Department of Public Health in the amount of $2,024,067, for Public Health Emergency Preparedness, State General Fund Pandemic Influenza, and Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response Hospital Preparedness Program, effective July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2027; authorize the Public Health Director or designee to sign any amendments that do not exceed the maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

On May 17, 2022, the Mendocino County Board of Supervisors approved submission of grant application for the annual allotment of funds available through the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) for Public Health Emergency Preparedness (PHEP), State General Fund Pandemic Influenza, and Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response Hospital Preparedness Program (HPP).
