PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
12/13/22: GENERAL CONSENSUS OF THE BOARD to direct that the Executive Office return in January 2023 with an item regarding directives, after hearing from individual Supervisors and following up with Department Heads to pare down the list of current directives.
2/28/23: Upon motion by Supervisor Mulheren, seconded by Supervisor Williams, IT IS ORDERED that the Board of Supervisors deletes outdated directives as determined by both Supervisors Mulheren and Haschak; and directs staff to return at a future meeting regarding the remaining directives with information/reports from Department Heads.
SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
During the February 28, 2023, Board of Supervisors meeting, staff was directed to remove directives marked for deletion by Supervisors Haschak and Mulheren. Department Heads were requested to provide updates for in process directives or provide a report.
