2. Jenine Miller, County Mental Health Director or Representative, Mental Health Treatment Act Citizens Oversight Committee;
3. Mary Anne Petrillo, Director, Sonoma Mendocino Economic Development District; and
4. Jim Mayfield, Director, Sonoma Mendocino Economic Development District.
