Adopt Resolution authorizing Department of Transportation to advertise for bids and award Department of Transportation Contract Number 240002 to perform the 2024 Corrective/Preventative Maintenance Project on Mountain View Road, CR 510, M.P. 0.00 to M.P. 24.58, at an estimated cost of $7,400,000 (Manchester/Boonville Area); and authorize Chair to sign same.

PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
January 8, 2019 the Board accepted the DOT Director's Report which included a 20-Year Maintenance Plan for the County's publicly maintained roads. This plan prioritized corrective and preventative maintenance in certain areas each year. We are currently in Year 6 of this plan.

The Department of Transportation will prepare and administer construction plans, specifications, estimates, and contract documents for Department of Transportation (DOT) Contract Number (No.) 240002 for the 2024 Corrective/Preventative Maintenance Project on Mountain View Road, CR 510, M.P. 0.00 to 24.58 at an estimated cost of $7,400,000, depending on available funds.
