RECOMMENDED ACTION/MOTION:

Approve retroactive Agreement with Redwood Community Services, Inc., in the amount of $450,000, to provide congregate emergency shelter services for individuals experiencing homelessness in Mendocino County, using California Homeless Coordinating and Financing Council grant funds for the Homeless Housing, Assistance, and Prevention Program, effective January 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025; authorize the Social Services Director or designee to sign any future amendments that do not increase the maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.
