Approve amendment to BOS Agreement No. 23-127 with Tapestry Family Services, Inc., to increase the amount by $1,800,000, for a new total of $5,575,662, to provide Specialty Mental Health services to eligible Medi-Cal beneficiaries of Mendocino County, effective July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024; authorize the Behavioral Health and Recovery Services Director or designee to sign any future amendments to the Agreement that do not increase the maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Tapestry Family Services, Inc. (Tapestry) provides Specialty Mental Health Services (SMHS) and Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) programs to Mendocino County residents in Ukiah, Willits, Laytonville, and Covelo, within the schools, community, and office. On June 11, 2023, the Mendocino County Board of Supervisors approved Agreement No. BOS-23-127 with Tapestry for SMHS and MHSA programs to eligible Medi-Cal beneficiaries of Mendocino County. Services under this Agreement include SMHS: Assessment, Plan Development, Collateral, Therapy, Rehabilitation, Targeted Case Management, Intensive Care Coordination, Intensive Home-Based Services, Therapeutic Behavioral Health Services, and Therapeutic Foster Care; and MHSA programs: Integrated Car...
