PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
On February 27, 2024, item 3Y authorized the establishment of a Capital Improvement Project to complete renovations for an evidence storage facility for law enforcement with an initial budget of $250,000.
SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
The architectural firm Nichols, Melburg & Rosetto was selected with a proposal that includes operational and space programming, analysis of the existing facility, development of conceptual, schematic and design development drawings including cost estimates of the final approved plan for an amount not to exceed $100,000.
ALTERNATIVE ACTION/MOTION:
Do not approve the agreement and provide direction to staff.
