Adopt Resolution approving Department of Transportation Agreement Number 240005, with Consor North America, Inc., in the amount of $5,617,000 for allocation 1, for professional engineering design services, and authorizing an additional contingency amount of $200,000, for the Brooktrails Second Access Project (Willits/Brooktrails Area); and authorize Chair to sign the same.
