Mendocino and the incorporated area of the City of Fort Bragg, the City of Point  
Arena, the City of Ukiah, and the City of Willits); set a public hearing to be held  
in front of the Board at a regular meeting on June 23, 2026 at or about 9:00 A.M.  
or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, to levy the proposed  
assessment for Fiscal Year 2026/2027; and authorize Chair to sign same.

Commission's denial, and approving and modifying Use Permit and Variance  
U_2021-0006/V_2021-0005, approving a Use Permit to establish and operate a

yard setback and allowable sign area and disapproving a variance for a

Protection Program Grant (G23-MCAP-12), authorizing the Air Pollution Control  
Officer to accept State Program funds, and ratifying the Air Pollution Control  
Officer's execution of the Grant Agreement on behalf of the District; and

Protected Area (MPA) signs along the California coast, including three (3)  
locations in Mendocino County's Local Coastal Program (LCP) jurisdiction and  
one (1) location where jurisdiction is bisected between the County and Coastal  
Commission, between Seaside Beach and Point Arena; and authorize Chair to  
sign same.

any future amendments, which includes amendments increasing the daily rate,
