On December 16, 2020, the Board approved Agreement #20-170 with Hanson Bridgett, LLC in the amount of $50,000 for a period of December 16, 2020 through June 30, 2021.
SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Hanson Bridgett, LLC, is a legal specialist with expertise in evolving caselaw regarding jail mental health treatment, providing specific assessment tools and advice to the County to assist in updating practices related to severely mentally ill inmates in light of recent legal developments. This amendment is only extending the contract for an additional fiscal year, with no change to the contract amount.
