SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
On December 20, 2018, Purchasing Agent Agreement No. 18-277 was entered into for $30,000.00. On August 13, 2019, Purchasing Agent Agreement No. 20-31 was entered into for $50,000.00. As costs have increased due to the extensive work in the California Public Utilities commission ("CPUC") proceedings relating to Pacific Gas & Electric and the North Bay wildfires of 2017, the necessity for an increase in funds is essential. On June 23, 2020, Purchasing Agent Agreement No. 20-135 was entered into on June 23, 2020 for an amount of $50,000.
