PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
The Mendocino County Board of Supervisors has filed for party status in the matters listed below and provided comments and testimony to the CPUC proceedings on issues of importance to the County and constituents. Additionally, County representatives have met with individual CPUC Commissioners, participated in Committee meetings and workshops.

1.(I.14-05-012) - Rural Call Completion
North Bay/North Coast Broadband Consortium ("NBNCBC")
2.(19-06-015) - Order Instituting Investigation into PG&E's role in the 2017 fires
This proceeding will determine the extent to which PG&E violated the CPUC's rules about vegetation management, document retention, and infrastructure upkeep, and will impose a financial penalty on the utility.
3.(R.18-10-007) - SB 901-required proceeding)-Wildfire Mitigation Plans
In this proceeding, we will continue to play an active role in this expedited proceeding, which will directly affect how SB901 is implemented and determine the contents of wildfire mitigation plans of statewide utilities.
