Ratify submission of grant application for the Mental Health Student Services Act Grant; authorize the Director of Health and Human Services Agency, Behavioral Health and Recovery Services, to sign the resulting Revenue Agreement awarded by California's Mental Health Services Oversight and Accountability Commission in the amount of $2.5 Million, effective fiscal years 2020-21 through 2023-24; and authorize the Health and Human Services Agency Director or designee to sign any amendments to the agreement that do not increase the maximum amount.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
The Health and Human Services Agency, Behavioral Health and Recovery Services (BHRS) requests ratification of submission of the Mental Health Student Services Act (MHSSA) grant application, approval of the proposed plan for MHSSA funds, and authorization for the BHRS Director to accept the grant award for Fiscal Years 2020-21 through 2023-24.
