Approve fourth Amendment to Agreement No. PH-19-045 with Community Foundation of Mendocino County increasing the amount from $101,850 to $111,850 to provide outreach activities to the hard-to-count populations in Mendocino County for the 2020 Decennial United States Census, effective December 3, 2019 through December 2, 2020; authorize the Health and Human Services Agency Director or designee to sign any future amendments that do not increase the annual maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
On April 1, 2020, the Decennial United States Census began. The goal of the census is to count each and every person in the United States. In order to ensure as many people as possible are counted, including those groups who have historically been under-counted, the State of California made funding available to California counties for this purpose.
