Approve Amendment to BOS Agreement 10-207 with Tyler Technology, Inc. in the amount of $438,642.73 to pay maintenance and support fees for Aegis MSP Public Safety Software Suite for a new term date of January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2023, with the Agreement automatically extended on its same terms and conditions for 99 additional periods not to exceed 1 year unless either Contractor or County submits written cancellation; authorize the Sheriff to sign future amendments that do not affect the total amount of the Agreement; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Mendocino County Sheriff's Office (MCSO) uses the Aegis MSP Public Safety software suite, provided by Tyler, for Law Enforcement Records Management System (LERMS), Mobile Data Computer (MDC) reporting, Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), Jail Management System (MS) and California DOJ records access.
