Approve retroactive Amendment to Agreement No. MH-20-026 with I.D.E.A. Consulting in the amount of $11,250 for a new total of $21,875 to provide consultation services for the Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) 3-Year Plan, innovation projects, Prevention and Early Intervention regulation compliance, and other MHSA related services, effective July 1, 2020 through a new end date of June 30, 2021 (original end date December 31, 2020); authorize HHSA Assistant Director or designee to sign amendments that do not increase the maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
I.D.E.A. Consulting provides support for Mendocino County, Behavioral Health and Recovery Services (BHRS) processes required by state regulations, such as community planning, stakeholder feedback, innovation development, and program evaluation. Previously, BHRS contracted with I.D.E.A. Consulting for a short-term, six-month period. This short-term contract was put in place due to concerns regarding the allocation of Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) funds from the state, and pending a Request for Proposals (RFP) process for the next 3-Year Plan.
